Averoldi S.r.l.: the reference point for mechanical construction

Averoldi Srl has specialized since 1964 in welded heavy fabrication, precision mechanical machining (milling, boring, and turning), and the assembly of mechanical sub-assemblies and units.
Over the years, Averoldi Srl has grown alongside leading industrial players, developing in-depth expertise in manufacturing processes and the requirements of the most demanding sectors. Today, the company produces welded structures, mechanical components, and assembled groups for the steel industry, press manufacturers, machine tools, special plant machinery, the Oil & Gas sector, and general industrial machinery manufacturing.
The core strength of Averoldi Srl lies in its ability to manage every order across the entire production cycle. From precision machining and certified welding to assembly and final testing, every stage is carried out in-house by qualified personnel supported by constantly updated technology. This comprehensive approach guarantees high quality standards, controlled lead times, and single-source project management, providing clients with a reliable partner for mechanical components and complete assemblies.
The company processes carbon steels, stainless steels, and special alloys such as Inconel and Duplex. We approach large-scale industrial weldments and high-precision mechanical parts with the exact same level of attention and care.
Over sixty years of experience have taught us that quality depends not only on machinery, but on the ability to understand customer requirements and transform them into reliable, precise products ready to be integrated into complex production environments. For this reason, Averoldi continuously invests in training, innovation, and quality certifications, operating in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 3834-2:2021, and EN 1090 EXC2 standards.

Our History

La nostra storia

1964

Basilio Averoldi founds Averoldi Srl, an artisan company dedicated to mechanical manufacturing

1975

The first turning point: Averoldi starts working for the automotive sector, committing to mechanical machining for large series production.

1980

Averoldi continues its evolution: the first boring cutter is installed for working small carpentry.

1985

The second turning point: a partnership is created with the Marcegaglia group, which is giving birth to the first company for producing machines for profiled tubes lines, and with various press manufacturers. Averoldi begins an exponential growth, which will lead to the installation of 8 boring mills and 2 lathes and various other machines.

1996

Luca Averoldi, son of Basilio Averoldi, takes over the leadership of the company. The core business of milling and boring is further increased with the introduction of large size milling and boring machines.

2008

The third turning point: Averoldi Srl opens the new department for the production of medium-heavy carpentry in Prevalle. Now the company, in addition to working the pieces that are sent by customers, is able to produce them directly.

2019

The purchase of what is destined to become the new headquarters of Rezzato takes place, a building with dimensions 10 times greater than the historical headquarters and a load capacity of up to 70 Tons. Here Averoldi srl expands the heavy carpentry department, enhances the milling and boring department while also maintaining the Prevalle department and completely transfers the turning department. A new painting department and a department for mechanical assembly are inserted in the new headquarters.

2020

Averoldi further expands its range of services: a company that produces columns for presses is acquired. The same year, a 17-metre gantry Colgar milling machine was installed

2022

Mechanical carpentry is the driving force of Averoldi Srl, thanks to the possibility of creating welded compounds of medium and large dimensions with a max. of 70,000 kg., to which are added the painting and industrial assembly department for turnkey plants.

Today

Averoldi still invests in dimensions and installs a parallel milling lathe to turn pieces up to 13 meters and with a maximum diameter of 2 metres.
