For this reason, Averoldi Srl features a dedicated dimensional inspection department equipped to verify compliance for every part and provide third-party inspection services with official inspection reporting.
Advanced measuring equipment allows us to inspect mechanical components and large fabrications up to 38 meters in length, with an accuracy of 0.01 mm per meter.

The department also specializes in geometric verification, alignment of mechanical groups during assembly, and the geometric setup/calibration of machining centers.
For welded structures, Averoldi performs 3D dimensional inspections on assembled fabrications using dedicated measurement systems, checking geometry both before and after welding. This process prevents thermal distortion and ensures full compliance with specified drawing tolerances.
