Tutte le etichette fustellate dalla striscia (salvo quelle particolarmente grandi) si impilano in un raccoglitore mentre il ritaglio cade in un contenitore.
Il mod. MCS é adatto specialmente per etichette che si possono incastrare, come collaroni per champagne, vini, etc., con un notevole risparmio di carta.
Questa fustellatrice é dotata di tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza per l'operatore. Il fissaggio della fustella richiede pochissimi minuti.
La fustellatura é di assoluta precisione (errore massimo del posizionamento 0,025 mm) per una produzione di circa 400.000 etichette l'ora.

It's fully hydraulic, developed to die cut paper strips. The MCS is an excellent machine for producing a wide variety of bottle neck-labels for champagne, wine and cards, etc.. A considerable saving of paper is permitted by the special punching system. MCS has two different unloading devices for punched labels.Small and medium sized labels are pushed up through the die while the waste comes down into a steel container. Big labels are pushed down after die cutting by the mechanical device with a compression spring. Labels come out of the punching section onto an unloading table.The die is affixed by means of four adjusting clamps. Change over dies takes a few minutes. The MCS die cuts within a tolerance of 0,025 mm and the production is up to 400.000 labels per hour. The machine is fully guarded against any potential accident.
